Hayley Orrantia is an American actress, singer and music producer. Her most well-known roles includes Erica Goldberg who stars in "The Goldbergs," the comedy television show. Even though she sings but her main passion is music. Music is her first love, she maintains; it is something that she started dabbling in since she was only 9 years old. When she was 12 years old, the art of music was taken seriously enough that she began professionally trained. When she was 13, she started writing songs. The first time she recorded an album in the age of 14. It was the beginning of her career. Orrantia, born in America, but has Hispanic roots. Her family has Hispanic roots even though she spoke English when she was a kid and her whole life was in the USA. To keep the tradition, she's studied Spanish and has written songs in that language. "Hasta Verte" which is a song with Spanish lyrics that she's recorded is a good instance. Orrantia participated in The X Factor season 1's auditions throughout the summer of 2011. Orrantia, who was initially selected through YouTube videos and got four "yeses," from judges who were in Seattle at the time of live auditions. At first, she auditioned as a soloist, she along with three female singers were grouped with three other singers for the last auditions in "Hollywood Week". They were eliminated at the conclusion of the fifth performance.
