Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices in Human Resources, People Management along with Talent Management and Cultural Development. Annmarie, an experienced Human Resources professional with more than 30 years' experience, has helped managers, their teams, and organisations improve their performance. It was particularly true in times of fast-paced transformation as well as business growth. She was a thinker in translating the enterprise's objectives and strategic plans into business strategies and employees' engagement. She believes that education is the most important aspect of leading. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leaders, and coaching them to achieve demonstrated results. This experience helped create organizational cultures which embodied creativity in learning as well as the ability to change. Annmarie, who is dedicated to assisting Learning Ally in its mission as well, is also able to devote her time to providing support to various non-profit organisations. They include participating as a participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to helping women become leaders, and providing leadership training to The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at healthcare hospitality houses and helping to support Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization dedicated to reversing the epidemic of addiction across the United States in educating communities to support those who are affected by the illness of addiction.
